Enacting its Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Aeries has ensured minimal disruptions to operations & delivery for our clients, while ensuring employee health and safety.

In close co-ordination with its clients, Aeries has taken up work-from-home (WFH) as a viable solution to continue business operations. We have been able to ensure that there is no disruption to business operations, managing the different complexities arising as a result of the COVID-19 situation. Recruitment processes have continued virtually, and we have been effectively on-boarding employees virtually.

New Client Onboarding

We have set in place adequate communication, tracking and process definition to transition new clients smoothly and in record time.
