Business Continuity Planning during COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has now spread across the globe, affecting people, businesses, lifestyles and economies at an unprecedented rate. With extensive lockdowns as the only plausible solution to contain the virus, organizations must quickly adapt to a unique and new business situation. Enacting its Business Continuity Plan (BCP), ATG has ensured minimal disruptions to operations & delivery for our clients, while ensuring employee health and safety.

ATG has been on top of the situations as they emerged, acting on business operations, new client onboarding and employee welfare as the three main pillars of its BCP.

Business Operations

In close co-ordination with its clients, ATG has taken up work-from-home (WFH) as a viable solution to continue business operations. We have been able to ensure that there is no disruption to business operations, managing the different complexities arising as a result of the COVID-19 situation. Recruitment processes have continued virtually, and we have been effectively on-boarding employees virtually.

New Client Onboarding

Global onsite & global virtual transitions are part of ATG’s core-competency, and in COVID-19 times, we have ensured that employees supporting from home are well equipped with necessary infrastructure and tools to do it in a WFH set-up. We have set in place adequate communication, tracking and process definition to transition new clients smoothly and in record time.

Employee Welfare

At ATG, we believe that employees are our most critical assets. Throughout this pandemic, ATG has focussed on ensuring that employees have all the help and support they need. From enabling its remote working model, frequent touchpoints with employees while they WFH, policies to mitigate their anxiety and worries,we have left no stone unturned to make sure our employees are happy and productive.

While these are trying times, ATG is confident of continuing its operations, and continuing delivering value to our clients. While the current and emerging circumstances pose unexplored challenges, we are very well geared up to adapt to the new normal, with robust processes and a strong management. It is a certainty that our business will endure these times, to continue offering disruptive and bespoke solutions, making no compromise on employee well-being.
